If you are just discovering tea or you are a hardened tea drinker in search of ideas for afternoon tea, look no further than Tea Time Magazine. I was in Union Station in Washington DC in 2004 and browsing for something to read on my train trip back home. I found Tea Time Magazine and went bananas! It was exactly what I was looking for and beautiful besides. All those lovely teapots and table settings and articles about tea and where to find it. I knew I’d found kindred tea spirits! I subscribed immediately and even though they only publish 6 editions a year, it’s always an occasion when one arrives in the mail. No, I have not made every recipe they’ve ever printed, but I did just try my hand at making macarons and have to say they turned out very well.
